Billy Booth – Founder & President
Upon his retirement from a very successful career in coaching gymnastics, Billy refused to sit still and launched his second career. In 2009, Billy began serving local schools and churches as a go-to general contractor. In 2016, Billy formalized Booth Commercial Solutions as his reach and expertise expanded into the office, retail and industrial sectors. Today, Billy remains on Booth’s front lines leading projects, project managers, and sub-contractors.
Matt Booth, CCIM – CEO
Matt’s experience in commercial real estate dates back to 2004 where he spent twelve years leading asset management and development projects with Regency Centers. Matt joined his dad, Billy, as CEO of Booth Commercial Solutions in 2016. Matt’s experience at Regency provided him with a unique perspective into the importance of choosing the right GC to meet an owner’s and/or tenant’s construction needs. Matt leads the BCS team to meet those needs every day.
Davis Ridley – Business Development
Davis joined Booth Commercial Solutions in 2021. Davis leads Booth’s marketing and business development efforts. His experience in marketing and business development span across multiple industries and business sizes including startups, midsized companies and a publicly traded Fortune 500 company.
