An insulated core door with a U value of 1.9 W/m2K, when tested to EN12567-1 which conforms to Approved Document L2: 2002. This door is also tested to the European Product Standard for external doors EN14351-1.

The BOOTH-EXT door is available exclusively through a national network of industrial door companies able to provide complete door and shutter packages backed by repair and maintenance services.

Door Leaf - Type B

Flush or rebated edge, galvanized steel construction with a bonded mineral fibre core.

Door Frame

Single or double rebate profile, mineral fibre insulated.

Rebated leaf rests flush within a recessed frame face.

Extra internal strengthening

5mm thick steel flats attached internally along full length of each vertical edge of the leaf for enhanced security.

Easy to install

Tab-and–slot connections at the jamb to header joint. Recessed frame acts as a vertical ‘plumb-line’.

Hinges

114x100mm stainless steel high performance polymer bearing hinges. Grade 14 (160 kg) to BS EN 1935:2002.

Tested for 1,000,000 cycles and totally maintenance free. No lubrication needed.

Closer reinforcement

40mm thick steel and fibre board reinforcement for closer or friction stay.

Lock reinforcement

Multi-layered fibre board reinforcement at the lock position.
