Group Announcement: Formation of Redhall ManufacturingFollowing the reorganisation of the services business into two divisions, namely Redhall Nuclear and Redhall Engineering, I am pleased to announce the formation of a third division called Redhall Manufacturing which encompasses Booth Industries, Jordan Manufacturing and R Blackett Charlton. Richard Edwards is appointed Managing Director of the new division which is the final phase of our restructuring plan that will bring together our manufacturing capabilities in order to promote best practice and increase our efficiency through better use of the many synergies that exist within the businesses. The new structure will facilitate increased intra-group trading and will provide a strong foundation for the integration of future acquisitions. Richard will be the Managing Director of the three manufacturing businesses and they will maintain their individual management structures and their strong brand identities. I would like to thank Tony Goodenough for his excellent management of R Blackett Charlton over the last two and a half years and look forward to his continued success focusing solely on his role of Business Operations Director of Redhall Nuclear.
